Coffee vs Green Tea
There has been so many studies of wether coffee is good or bad for us. Coffee can enhance your memory, but you have to drink 3 cups per day. This could be hard on those pearly whites, unless you drink your coffee through a straw, like my mom does. I have decided to switch from coffee with cream to green tea with honey. Green tea is amazing for your health, with its powerful antioxidants. Green teas has a concentrated amount of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), which regulates cancer growth and kills cancer cells. Green tea can also lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and is a dilator of blood vessels, so in return, is great for your heart.

Toe-Mato...Toe-Moto
Load up on those tomatoes to receive all the health benefits associated with them. These health benefits include lowering the risk of different types of cancers, significantly reducing the risk of prostate cancer, and lowering the risk of heart disease. Tomatoes also have lycopene, which neutralizes free radicals, and helps slow the progression of age relatied illnesses. Also, lycopene helps lower blood pressure and sustain good bone health. Eating tomatoes can significantly reduce the risk of skin cancer as well. They also contain a good amount of Vitamin A and C.
So fill that burger and salad with juicy red tomatoes!!!
