Tomatoes also have lycopene, which neutralizes free radicals, and helps slow the progression of age relatied illnesses. Also, lycopene helps lower blood pressure and sustain good bone health. Eating tomatoes can significantly reduce the risk of skin cancer as well. They also contain a good amount of Vitamin A and C.
